Care: Dry brush; avoid water. Store dry, no sunlight.
Fix: Ceramic glue.

 Wood:
Care: Soft cloth, minimal moisture. Wax/polish occasionally.
Fix: Wood filler.

 Steel:
Care: Wipe dry, mild soap if needed. Rust-resistant oil.
Fix: Sand & coat.

 Copper:
Care: Clean with lemon/salt. Store dry.
Fix: Polish with microfiber cloth.

 Brass:
Care: Wash with soapy water. Use polish.
Fix: Buff scratches.

 Stone:
Care: Soft cloth, mild detergent. Avoid extreme temps.
Fix: Use mineral oil.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange the goods within 48 hours. Refunds or exchanges are only given if goods are returned with original documentation and are in the original condition. Additional delivery fees will apply should we need to collect the items being returned. The customer will be responsible for any courier costs incurred to return the items to the shop.
Delivery & Collection Policy

Deliveries: Special arrangements may be needed for complex deliveries (e.g., hoisting, stairs). Weekend/public holiday deliveries are not available. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If delays occur, we will reschedule with the customer.

Nationwide & International Shipments: We can arrange shipping or customers can use their own couriers. Extra packaging costs apply. Once collected, we are not responsible for damages—insurance is strongly recommended.

Collections: Original documents and proof of payment are required. We are not liable for damages after collection—insurance is advised.
