Natural Dyed Cotton:
Washing:Hand wash in cold water We recommend gently hand washing your garment in cold water. This helps preserve the colour, shape and natural character of the cotton. Use a mild detergent Add a small amount of gentle, pH-neutral detergent. Avoid bleach, stain removers, fabric softeners and other harsh chemicals, as these may affect the natural dyes. Keep soaking to a minimum Gently swish the garment through the water for a few minutes. Avoid prolonged soaking, scrubbing or rubbing the fabric against itself. Rinse gently Rinse thoroughly in cold water until the water runs mostly clear. Some colour release during the first few washes is completely normal with naturally dyed textiles. Never wring or twist Gently press out excess water, or roll the garment in a clean towel before drying.
Drying:Dry in the shade. Lay the garment flat or hang it somewhere with good airflow, away from direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause natural dyes to fade.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange the goods within 48 hours. Refunds or exchanges are only given if goods are returned with original documentation and are in the original condition. Additional delivery fees will apply should we need to collect the items being returned. The customer will be responsible for any courier costs incurred to return the items to the shop.
Delivery & Collection Policy

Deliveries: Special arrangements may be needed for complex deliveries (e.g., hoisting, stairs). Weekend/public holiday deliveries are not available. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If delays occur, we will reschedule with the customer.

Nationwide & International Shipments: We can arrange shipping or customers can use their own couriers. Extra packaging costs apply. Once collected, we are not responsible for damages—insurance is strongly recommended.

Collections: Original documents and proof of payment are required. We are not liable for damages after collection—insurance is advised.
