Delivery & Collection Policy Deliveries: Special arrangements may be needed for complex deliveries (e.g., hoisting, stairs). Weekend/public holiday deliveries are not available. Delivery fees are non-refundable. If delays occur, we will reschedule with the customer.
Nationwide & International Shipments: We can arrange shipping or customers can use their own couriers. Extra packaging costs apply. Once collected, we are not responsible for damages—insurance is strongly recommended.
Collections: Original documents and proof of payment are required. We are not liable for damages after collection—insurance is advised.
